These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Chandva Gold Cloud platform and related services (the “Service”) provided by Chandva Gold Cloud (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be authorised to act on behalf of the business you register and be capable of entering into a binding agreement.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for all activity under your account.
• You must keep your login credentials confidential and notify us promptly of any unauthorised access.

2. Subscriptions & Trials

• Certain features require a paid subscription. Trial periods, where offered, are described at sign-up.
• Fees, billing cycles, and plan limits are presented before purchase and may change with notice.
• Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chandva Gold Cloud will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
